BALLANDRAS-ROZET Christelle
Christelle Ballandras-Rozet defended her doctoral thesis in Environmental Law in 2005, on the theme: "Conventional techniques for combating pollution and nuisances and preventing technological risks". Since then, she has continued her research in public law and environmental law, having recently published the following articles: « Chiffres, finances publiques et protection de l'environnement (co-author Rémy Dufal), RFFP, 2021 » ; « Finances européennes et environnement, in Finances européennes : évolutions et perspectives, mare martin, p.149, 2024 » ; « Réflexions sur le budget vert, vecteur d'une éthique financière renouvelée au prisme de l'éthique environnementale, in Ethique environnementale pour juristes, mare martin, p. 407, 2024. » She also participates in collective research leading to publications, such as the drafting, in 2017, of a methodological guide on "CSR, Dynamics of negotiation and compromise in the context of technological risk activities" (research contract between the Fondation pour une culture de sécurité industrielle FonCSi and the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3). Former member of the Institut du Droit de l’Environnement of the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, Christelle Ballandras-Rozet is a member of the Centre for Financial and Tax Studies and Research (Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches financières et fiscales, CERFF), attached to the Lyon Public Law Team - EDPL (EA-666), since 2022. Christelle Ballandras-Rozet was a member of the Editorial Committee of the Encyclopedia of the Environment, co-head for the SOCIETY section until 2026.
